Role Purpose-
Reporting directly to and working with the CEO to support the development of high-quality training tools, social media content, and mastery program materials by using AI tools, Canva, and structured workflows—transforming raw ideas into draft-ready outputs for final ICAM-based review.
Core Responsibilities
1. AI-Assisted Content Production
1b. Turn rough ideas into structured drafts
1c. Expand bullet points into articles, posts, and training content
1d. Generate variations of content for different platforms
Output: First drafts (not final thinking)
2. Training Tool Development Support
Convert concepts into:
2a. Checklists
2b. Worksheets
2c. Framework diagrams
2d. Step-by-step guides
2e. Format tools so they are:Clear, Usable, Visually structured
Output: Functional training assets ready for review and refinement
3. Canva Design & Visual Formatting
Create:
3a. Social media graphics
3b. Training slides
3c. PDFs and downloadable tools
Maintain: Consistent branding, Clean, professional layouts
Output: Visually polished drafts
4. Content Repurposing
Take one core idea and turn it into:
4a. LinkedIn posts
4b. Short-form content
4c. Visual summaries
4d.
Output: Volume from a single idea (We'll teach you what we want and how to do it)
5. Content Organisation & Workflow
Maintain folders for:
5a. Draft content
5b. Approved content
5c. Training modules
Track: What’s in progress, What’s ready for review
Output: Order and
