JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We are a UK-based consultancy working with senior leaders and organisations to embed wellbeing as a genuine driver of business success. We train wellbeing leads through our accredited Level 5 Diploma, advise boards on strategy, and in 2026 and 2027 we are launching two significant new initiatives — a research white paper and a national accreditation — that will substantially raise our profile.

We are a small team with a strong reputation, a growing body of original research, and a clear direction. We work with a distributed team including colleagues in the Philippines, and we take the working relationship seriously on both sides.

The Role

Content planning, creation, and coordination across four priorities.
Reporting directly into our CEO, this is not a pure execution role. We need someone who thinks clearly about audience and message, makes considered plans, and delivers on them. You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Wellbeing Strategy on content, and with our operations team on campaigns and distribution. You must be commercially-minded and driven to convert content into results.

Priority 01: Research Launch & Senior Leader Audience
In November 2026 we publish a major paper drawing on senior leaders' perspectives on wellbeing. You will lead the content campaign: teasers, pre-registration, launch-day push, and post-event nurture — and write our CEO's LinkedIn to build a credible voice with that audience.

Priority 02: New Launch Marketing
We are launching an exciting new service for January 2027. You will write the narrative, the web copy, and the prospect content journey from free diagnostic to enquiry — and develop case studies as the first organisationscome onboard.

Priority 03: Website Copy & Search Visibility
Write and maintain website copy across training, accreditation, and services — structured and optimised for both traditional SEO and AI-powered search. Identify and pursue guest post opportunities on relevant external platforms, and write the posts. The goal is to make SuperWellness genuinely findable by the people looking for what we do.

Priority 04: Video, Email & Ongoing Content
Coordinate video content featuring our CEO and Head of Wellbeing Strategy — scripting, briefing contributors, and managing the process. Write all email sequences and campaigns. Maintain a content calendar across all priorities. Produce a monthly report the team uses to make decisions.

Day to Day - what the work looks like

- Own the content calendar — planning, scheduling, and delivering across all four priorities. Quality and relevance is more important than quantity
- Write the CEO's LinkedIn content — capturing a voice that sounds like a real person with a clear point of view
- Research what CHROs, CEOs, and HR Directors engage with on LinkedIn — understand the audience before writing for it
- Write all campaign copy: email sequences, LinkedIn posts and articles, course landing pages, event materials
- Write and maintain website copy that is structured for both search engines and AI-powered discovery tools — clear, specific, and built around how people actually search for wellbeing expertise
- Work closely with the Digital Operations Lead to improve conversion rates and deliver continuously improving results
- Identify suitable guest post opportunities — relevant publications, sector platforms, and newsletters — approach them, and write the posts
- Plan, script, and coordinate video testimonials and thought leadership clips — you brief and direct the contributors, you don't film
- Use AI tools to support your work, but apply critical judgement throughout — content must read as genuinely considered and human, and plans must be grounded in what is actually implementable
- Produce a monthly content report: what is working, what is not, what to change

This is a B2B role. Our audiences are senior leaders, HR Directors, and wellbeing professionals. Experience in consumer brands, influencer content, or high-volume e-commerce is less relevant here. Editorial judgement and the ability to write for a professional audience matter more than follower counts.

Skills & Experience

Essential
- 3+ years of B2B content or marketing experience — professional services, health, HR, education, or training preferred
- Strong copywriting across formats: LinkedIn, email campaigns, web copy, video scripts, long-form articles
- Demonstrable LinkedIn growth — company page or personal brand — with results you can show us
- Working knowledge of writing for SEO: awareness of keywords, page structure, internal linking, meta descriptions, and how AI-driven search tools surface and rank content
- Experience identifying and securing guest post placements, and writing the content
- Experience writing email sequences and campaigns, with an understanding of what drives performance
- Experience coordinating video content — scripting, briefing contributors, managing the process end to end
- Able to write convincingly in another person's voice — matching tone, perspective, and register
- Confident using AI tools as part of your workflow, with the critical thinking to know when the output needs work
- Excellent written English — senior UK professional audience is the baseline
- Self-directed — manages own deadlines and priorities without close supervision
- Available to work UK business hours (GMT/BST) from the Philippines

Desirable
- HubSpot or equivalent CRM / marketing automation experience
- Canva or similar for basic social graphics and content assets
- Exposure to HR, wellbeing, L&D, or occupational health sectors
- Experience writing thought leadership content or summarising research for a senior executive audience
- Familiarity with B2B accreditation or professional standards bodies
- Experience managing or growing a ---------- pany page

Reward

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 per month depending on experience, paid in USD
25 days paid leave per year, inclusive of 8 UK bank holidays
Private medical insurance (individual cover) after 3 months
We run quarterly performance targets as a team. When the previous quarter's target is met, the following quarter everyone finishes at 1pm on Fridays. If you'd prefer the cash equivalent instead, that's a straightforward conversation.

Please include in your application:

- A cover note — not a template. Tell us which part of this role is most relevant to your experience, and what you would prioritise in the first 90 days
- LinkedIn evidence — a company page or personal profile you have managed, with a brief note on what you did and what the results were
- 2–3 copy examples — at least one email sequence and at least one LinkedIn post or article, written for a professional audience
- One example of SEO or guest post work — a page you wrote for search, or a guest post you placed and wrote, with a short note on the brief and outcome
- One video coordination example — a link to a video you coordinated but did not film, with a short note on your involvement
- Portfolio site if you have one

Work samples are required. Applications without work samples will not be reviewed.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short paid task: write two LinkedIn posts and one email against a real brief.

Selection Process

1. Application review
Work samples and CV reviewed. We aim to respond within two weeks.

2. Video call with the CEO — 20 minutes
An initial conversation about your background and experience.

3. Paid content task
Two LinkedIn posts and one email against a real SuperWellness brief. Paid for your time.

4. Interview with the CEO and other members of the team — 45 minutes
A broader conversation about strategy, approach, and fit. We will also answer your questions about the role and the business.

Working Here - what to expect.

SuperWellness is a small business with a clear focus. We are growing, the work is varied, and you will have direct access to senior people. We expect a high standard of work and give people the space and trust to deliver it.

This is a full-time contractor role, which is remote and Philippines-based, working UK business hours. You will be expected to provide your own professional-spec, reliable equipment — a capable laptop, stable broadband connection, and a suitable working environment.

The role will suit you if you:

- Set a high bar for your own work and notice when something is not good enough
- Have excellent commercial acumen and are motivated by driving commercial results through content
- Have a genuine interest in wellbeing, leadership, and how organisations function
- Work without needing close direction and flag problems early
- Take feedback as useful information rather than a problem
- Want to be part of building something that will make a difference
