Content & SEO Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

About the Role:
We’re building a content engine that ranks, converts, and compounds. Our brands serve people looking for natural solutions to sleep, pain, stress, inflammation, anxiety, and more.
You’ll be producing SEO-optimized content daily across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, and MIVA). This is a full-time role for someone who writes with clarity, optimizes with intent, and delivers on time—without hand holding.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Write & publish 4 SEO blog posts per day (1 for each of our 4 brands)
• Use Sintra AI to optimize every post (90+ score required)
• Research trending search questions using People Also Ask and AnswerThePublic
• Execute our 3x3x3 SEO model:
o Answer 3 real search questions per post
o Internally link to 3 existing blog posts
o External links to 3 credible sources to support the post
• Identify images that would be appropriate for the blog and SEO optimize with meta tags and alt text
• Repurpose blogs into Google My Business posts
• Publish content to Shopify, WordPress, and MIVA (we’ll show you how if needed)
• Track keyword rankings, backlinks, and post performance weekly

You Are:
• Fluent in written English (U.S.-style)
• Familiar with SEO best practices
• Consistent and organized
• Able to work with a team
• Comfortable using AI tools for speed and accuracy
• Able to deliver results without being micromanaged
• Hungry to grow, rank, and win

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Health / wellness content experience
• Past content ranking examples
• Follow Google Trends
• Experience with Google Search Console, keyword rankings, GBP posting, and basic HTML formatting

Work Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Flexible hours as long as content is published daily
• Must update Upgrade to see actual info and submit weekly content report for approval prior to posting
• Performance reviews in 30, 60, and 90 days
