Content Quality Control Specialist

Viral Vault Studios is a fast growing digital media company producing viral content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. We create entertainment driven videos viewed by millions each month and operate in a fast paced environment where content quality and audience retention matter.

We’re hiring a Content Quality Control Specialist to ensure every script, voice over, thumbnail, and edited video meets high creative and technical standards before publication.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Review scripts, voice overs, thumbnails, and edited videos before publishing
- Check for accuracy, grammar, pacing, tone consistency, and brand alignment
- Identify issues related to storytelling, viewer retention, editing quality, subtitles, audio, and platform best practices
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to writers, editors, and voice actors
- Track recurring quality issues and help improve internal QA processes
- Maintain consistency across multiple channels and content formats
- Ensure content is reviewed efficiently without compromising deadlines or quality standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of experience in QA, proofreading, editing, content review, or digital media production
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong English communication skills
- Ability to give professional, structured, and constructive feedback
- Experience reviewing YouTube videos, scripts, short form content, or voice overs is strongly preferred
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and social media best practices
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Asana, and remote team workflows
- Highly organized, reliable, self motivated, and comfortable working under deadlines

- Remote role with availability between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
