About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content Planner to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone who not only understands the flow of content across various social platforms, but also knows how to harness the power of social media ads, influencer marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll be responsible for planning engaging content, optimizing campaigns, and helping us grow smarter, not just louder.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create detailed monthly content calendars for all active platforms.
- Meet with Team to Plan, schedule, and track paid social media ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strategize and coordinate influencer collaborations, including outreach & campaign briefs.
- Use tools and AI platforms for content ideation, trend tracking, and automation.
- Adjust content and campaign strategies based on real-time analytics.
- Spot trends, insights, and shifts in audience behavior.
- Maintain a pulse on industry best practices and competitors.

Social Media Management:
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-aligned way
- Use insights and analytics to identify what’s working—and pivot when needed
- Stay updated on trends and adapt content to fit current conversations and platform updates
- Collaborate with the team to align content with campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Grow and nurture our community with a consistent, authentic brand voice

Data & AI Integration (Bonus):
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation, personalization, segmentation, or performance analysis
- Translate analytics into actionable strategies to improve campaign and social media performance
- Identify trends and automation opportunities using data


Who You Are:
- 3+ years of social media planning, strategy, or coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of paid ad strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Experience managing and evaluating influencer marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in analytics platforms (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, Later, etc.).
- Proficient in conversion tracking and awareness
- Critical thinker with an eye for strategy and storytelling.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in content copywriting or creative direction.
- Knowledge of emerging platforms and social media tools.
- Advance design/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
