We are NOT hiring writers. We are hiring ONE person who already manages writers and can fully own a content delivery pipeline.

If you are a writer, VA, or someone who plans to hire writers after joining, this role is NOT for you.

ROLE SUMMARY
==================================================

You will own the delivery of high-quality, human-written, long-form content at scale. We already have a senior editor who reviews and approves quality. Your responsibility is delivery.

You will:
- Manage writers
- Ensure content is delivered on time
- Replace underperforming writers
- Hit monthly volume consistently

You own output. We do not micromanage.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
==================================================

- A team of 5+ writers (your responsibility, not ours)
- Writer onboarding and replacement
- Daily and weekly content delivery
- Meeting monthly word targets
- Ensuring content is NOT AI-generated or generic

You will NOT:
- Write articles yourself
- Ask us to hire writers
- Ask us to manage day-to-day tasks

CONTENT TYPE

- Long-form articles (1,500–3,000 words)
- Practical, experience-based content
- Pain-killer content that removes confusion
- Not fluff, definitions, or AI-style writing

We provide:
- Detailed outlines
- Editorial direction
- Feedback from a senior editor

REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
==================================================

You MUST meet ALL of the following:
- Currently or previously managed at least 5 writers
- Delivered 200,000+ words per month before
- Understand how to enforce quality at scale
- Can replace writers quickly if quality drops
- Comfortable owning delivery end-to-end
- Want a long-term role (6–12 months minimum)

If you cannot meet ALL of the above, do NOT apply.

COMPENSATION

- Fixed monthly pay (not per article or per word)
- Stable, long-term engagement

Compensation depends on demonstrated capacity and quality. You are expected to manage writer payments within your own structure.

TRIAL / VALIDATION
==================================================

Before full onboarding:
- Short paid pilot
- Small batch of articles
- Quality reviewed by our editor

If quality and delivery are strong, we scale immediately.
