Content Manager/Content Curator – Video Podcast Remote

Company Overview:
We are 37 Projects, a fast-growing YouTube Video Marketing Agency that helps health and wellness brands maximize their reach through high-quality video content, Shorts, and podcast marketing. We’re looking for a YouTube & Podcast Content Manager who can analyze long-form podcasts, craft compelling YouTube Shorts & Clips, and ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand voice and audience engagement strategies.

I. Content Manager Responsibilities

1. Content Consumption
- Watch 1–2 hour video podcasts on health, fitness, and nutrition topics.
- Develop a deep understanding of each podcast’s themes and key messages to inform content creation.

2. Clip & Short Identification (NOT Editing)
- Identify segments ideal for YouTube Clips and YouTube Shorts.
- Select the best ---------- nts for intros that build a compelling storytelling narrative.

3. Content Strategy & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all clips, shorts, and intros align with the client’s brand voice and content strategy.
- Perform content-only quality checks on first rough-cut videos (focus on flow, clarity, and messaging—not captions, graphics, or motion design).

II. Scope of Work
- Manage content across five clients.
- Watch and process around 15–16 podcasts per month (on average, 3–4 per client).
- Produce selections for around 8 trailers per month (?2 per week, one per client).
- Deliverables include weekly clips, shorts, and trailers, ensuring consistency across all client channels.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Video Editors to maintain smooth production flow and client satisfaction.

III Requirements:
1. Availability & Commitment:
- Full-time remote position - no other job commitments to ensure focus.
- Must have a high-performance laptop/computer and stable internet.

2. Experience & Education:
- Proven experience in video editing or podcast production (video/audio).
- Graduates in Communication, Multimedia, or Video Production are highly preferred.
- Experience in YouTube content creation (Shorts, Clips, long-form podcasts) - a bonus

3. Skills & Tools:
- SEO writing experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in:
+ Slack
+ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
+ Notion
+ AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
+ YouTube SEO tools (VidIQ, SEMrush) – a bonus

4. Strong storytelling ability to identify and structure the most compelling ---------- nts in videos.

5. Preferred Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition topics (to select key ---------- nts effectively).
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest innovative content formats & strategies.
