WHO YOU'D BE WORKING FOR
My name is Tony Richards. I'm a real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Montgomery, Alabama. I've been building for 20+ years — 300+ rental doors, 60+ Airbnb units, and 8 active companies including a property management operation, auto dealerships, a roll-off dumpster company, and a wholesale distribution warehouse.
I also have a growing personal brand with 18,000+
I'm building out a content engine — social media, a paid subscription, digital courses, and a high-ticket mentorship program. I need a right-hand person to run the content side so I can stay focused on operating my companies.
THE ROLE
This is not a social media poster job. This is a Content Manager role — the person who takes everything I'm already doing and turns it into organized, scheduled, on-brand content across all platforms and revenue streams.
Your core job:

• Write captions, scripts, and overlay text in my exact voice and brand tone
• Brief my video editor (Frans) on exactly how to cut each piece
• Manage the monthly content calendar — what posts on what day, on what platform
• Upload exclusive content to my
• Monitor comments and DMs, flag anything that needs my personal response
• Keep everything organized so nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE
• Monday: Review raw footage from the weekend, plan the week's content
• Tuesday–Thursday: Write captions, brief Frans, schedule posts via Meta Business Suite
• Friday: Upload that week's exclusive subscriber video, prep next week's calendar
• Ongoing: Monitor comments, track engagement, flag high-performing content for repurposing
Estimated hours: 20–30 per week to start, growing to full-time as the operation scales.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes ownership. If you need constant direction, this is not the right fit.
You must have:
• Proven experience managing social media content for a personal brand, entrepreneur, or business
• Strong English writing skills — you will be writing in someone else's voice daily
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style content)
• Ability to identify what makes content perform — hooks, captions, timing
• Highly organized — you will manage a content calendar across multiple platforms
• Self-starter who communicates proactively and hits deadlines without being chased
Bonus points if you have:
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic tools
• Background in real estate, investing, or financial content
• Experience managing a paid subscription community (Patreon,
WHAT YOU WON'T BE DOING
You will not be filming content — I handle that.
You will not be editing video — Frans handles that.
You will not be doing property management or anything related to my real estate companies.
You will not be expected to work US business hours — results matter, not when you're at your desk.
COMPENSATION
Starting: $500–$800 USD/month (part-time) · $900–$1,400 USD/month (full-time) · Based on experience and output quality
This is a long-term role with real growth potential. As my brand and revenue scales, your compensation scales with it. I'm not looking for someone to fill a seat — I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with an operation that is already moving.
