Content & Design VA

Pine Crest Fabrics (PCF) is a Portland, OR-based performance fabric supplier serving activewear, swimwear, gymnastics, and dance apparel brands. We are looking for a talented, self-directed Content & Design VA to join our marketing team on a part-time contract basis.
You will work directly with our Marketing Lead to produce polished visual content across social media, email, and digital channels. This is a creative production role for someone who takes pride in high-quality design, communicates proactively, and can work independently with clear briefs.
Responsibilities include:

Design static posts, carousels, and Stories for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Adapt content across platform sizes and aspect ratios
Retouch and optimize fabric and lifestyle photography for web and social use
Design email banners, website headers, and promotional graphics in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Edit short-form video clips and Reels using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent
Support seasonal campaigns, trade show materials, and collection launches

Required skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and composition
Experience producing content for fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands preferred
Reliable internet, personal computer capable of running Adobe CC
Clear written English communication
Organized with file management and naming conventions
Able to meet deadlines and flag blockers early
