Content Creator/ Social Media Manager

We are seeking a trend-savvy, results-driven social media manager/ content creator to come aboard as our Social Media Director! You'll take ownership of our Instagram & Facebook accounts driving growth and performance across our portfolio of companies: Leiki Boardshort Co. & Rockstar Real Estate Group!

Don't worry, you won't need to create everything from scratch-- our teams will provide photos, video clips, ideas, and insights. You'll put it all together with editing, captions, music and effects, then push it out to our audience, and track and measure performance.

This role is responsible for driving audience growth through organic content for both Rockstar (real estate) and Leiki (surfwear brand). It is for a strategic Instagram content creator who can craft and/or edit engaging carousels, reels, and stories, grow our community through active engagement, and leverage influencer marketing to expand our reach.

The right candidate understands how to use social media as a direct revenue driver—not just for entertainment, but to attract the right audience, nurture relationships, and help us convert leads into sales and appointments with our content. He/ she has the knowledge and skill to learn all about our ideal customer/ audience and to help the CEO create content that speaks directly to them.
