Content Creator / Scriptwriter (Project Basis)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced content creator who can independently develop complete content packages for webinars and presentations about website optimization and conversion funnel optimization.

Content Creation Work Process

1. Start with the main topic (e.g., Website Optimization) and related sub-anxieties
2. Gather information:
- Use Google for targeted searches
- Consult YouTube for expert content
- Use ChatGPT for additional insights
- Analyze competing e-books
3. Create content in this order:
- 90-minute webinar script
- Matching PowerPoint presentation
- 90-second social media shorts
- SEO-optimized blog
- Book chapter
4. Translate all content to Dutch

The goal is to provide a solution for each pain point (anxiety) that leads to the desired outcome, while always keeping the WIIFM (What's In It For Me) for the customer in mind.

Your Tasks:

- Writing 90-minute video scripts for webinars
- Developing matching PowerPoint presentations
- Creating 90-second video scripts for social media shorts
- Writing SEO-optimized blogs
- Writing book chapters
- Translating all content to Dutch

What We're Looking For:

- In-depth knowledge of website and webshop conversion optimization through neuromarketing
- Experience with translating technical concepts into understandable content
- Strong understanding of small business challenges
- Perfectionism is a must
- Experienced with AI
- Basic experienced with designing

Compensation:
Payment per package of 30 approved projects. The estimated completion time per package is 30 to 90 days. Payment occurs after meeting the 30 projects deadline. You receive a bonus based on quick delivery:

- 2% bonus for delivery within 1 month
- 5% bonus for delivery within 3 weeks
- 10% bonus for delivery within 2 weeks

The starting rate is €150 per project. Upon completing 100 projects in one month, you receive a thirteenth month salary as a bonus. You determine your own working hours and therefore your salary.

Each project consists of a complete content package including webinar script, presentation, shorts, blog, and book chapter.
