About Us
Roast My Kibble is a pet health transparency brand and digital community dedicated to helping pet parents navigate the confusing world of dog food. We use a witty, humorous, and deeply informative approach to "roast" low-quality commercial kibble while providing actionable, clean-label, and human-grade nutritional guidance. Our ultimate goal is to build a fierce ledger of trust with our community, scaling from an authoritative blog and Skool community into a premium pet supplement line.

We are looking for a highly creative, versatile Content Creator & Brand Manager who can match our distinct tone, elevate our visual identity, and build an engaged audience across multiple channels.

Position Overview
As the Content Creator & Brand Manager, you will be the engine behind our multi-channel content strategy. You will take raw concept ideas, product breakdowns, and nutritional insights, translating them into highly engaging blog graphics, polished social media assets, and viral-ready short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram Reels). You will also oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our social channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok & Short-Form Video Editing
Edit fast-paced, high-retention short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels from raw footage, voiceovers, or asset packs.

Implement dynamic text overlays, sound effects, trending audio, and seamless transitions to maximize watch time.

Master the "Roast My Kibble" comedic timing—ensuring our signature humor and roasts land perfectly, while maintaining the educational value for pet parents.

2. Blog Graphics & Visual Assets
Design custom, high-quality feature graphics, charts, and promotional banners for our blog posts and website.

Create visually compelling data breakdowns (e.g., comparing ingredient labels, highlighting toxic additives, and mapping out human-grade alternatives).

Ensure all website graphics fit a cohesive, premium, and trustworthy brand aesthetic.

3. Social Media Management & Design
Manage the daily scheduling, posting, and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and other core social platforms.

Design eye-catching social static posts, carousels, and stories that simplify complex canine nutrition data into shareable, high-value content.

Monitor channel analytics, track community sentiment, and proactively engage in the comments section to foster a high-trust, interactive community.

Qualifications & Skills
The Trifecta Portfolio: Must have proven experience combining short-form video editing (TikTok/Reels), graphic design (blog/web/social assets), and social media platform management.

Master of Tone: Ability to perfectly balance sharp, witty humor with authoritative, trustworthy advice. You know how to make people laugh while making them think about what’s in their pet's bowl.

Design & Editing Tools: High proficiency in modern creative suites (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere/CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent tools).

Pet Industry Passion (A Plus): A genuine interest in pet health, canine nutrition, clean-label ingredients, or the pet wellness space is highly preferred.

Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, taking a prompt or concept and running with it execution-style.
