Working Hours: UK Time (Flexibility required for major sporting events and campaigns)

This Role Is Different

Content, Community & Growth Manager (VA)

Your mission is simple:

Use social media to help grow our business.

That means:

More customers
More restaurant bookings
More website traffic
More customer data
More repeat visits
More people talking about Kwackers
More revenue

Every piece of content should have a purpose.

Every week should show measurable progress.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation
Create TikTok and Instagram Reels
Edit short-form videos
Create engaging graphics and stories
Produce content around:
Food
Matchdays
Customer reactions
Behind the scenes
Team personalities
Family experiences
Community events
Promotions and offers
Trend Research
Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends daily
Identify trending sounds and formats
Research competitors
Bring new ideas every week
Recommend experiments and campaigns
Content Strategy
Build monthly content calendars
Plan campaigns around sporting events and promotions
Develop repeatable content series
Create ideas that increase reach and customer engagement
Community Management
Respond to comments and messages
Encourage user-generated content
Engage with our followers
Build relationships with our online community
Growth & Marketing Support
Help increase restaurant footfall
Help increase bookings
Support email and customer database growth
Support loyalty campaigns
Help increase repeat visits
Assist with promotional campaigns and launches
Data & Reporting Responsibilities

This is one of the most important parts of the role.

You MUST be obsessed with data.

Every week you will provide a performance report including:
