### About Us

We are building a fast-growing online financial education and copy trading community. Our mission is to help ordinary people learn how to build an additional income through copy trading, supported by free education, genuine guidance and a welcoming community.

We're looking for someone creative, proactive and obsessed with creating engaging content that generates conversations and leads.

This isn't a traditional social media management role. We want someone who understands how to turn content into enquiries and enquiries into community members.

## Your Role

You'll work directly with the founder to build our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.

Your job is simple:

**Create content that gets people talking, messaging us and joining our community.**

## Responsibilities

* Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Turn one piece of content into multiple posts across different platforms
* Design attractive Canva graphics and carousel posts
* Write captions that encourage engagement and enquiries
* Create Instagram and Facebook Stories daily
* Research current trends and content ideas
* Repurpose podcasts, voice notes and videos into multiple content formats
* Schedule all content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools
* Respond to comments and messages professionally
* Help manage our online community
* Keep our CRM updated with new leads
* Track weekly performance and suggest improvements
* Bring fresh ideas—we're looking for someone who enjoys testing new approaches

## Essential Skills

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong Canva skills
* Excellent CapCut (or similar video editing) experience
* Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content
* Understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok algorithms
* Strong copywriting ability
* Organised and able to work independently
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity
* Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

* Email marketing
* ManyChat
* Meta Ads
* Basic graphic design
* Copy trading, investing or financial education (not essential—we can teach this)

* Community growth

## Hours

Initially:

20 hours per week

With the opportunity to move to full-time as the business grows.
