JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator / Manager to support our operations remotely. We located it United States, Denver Colorado and your work hours are US time availability. This is back office role coordinating everything from our software, tools and systems. and The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry and understand Drawings ( (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and specifications), More experience with understanding Mechanical and HVAC drawings is preferred.

A sharp mind for documentation, and the ability to keep fast-paced projects moving on schedule working with our Senior Project Manager.This role is requires a lot of technical documentation and working from you computer ( doing Submittals, working on RFI, Permitting applications and requested information from full drawings, Analyzing technical MECHANICAL drawings and submitting correct information, Requesting cut sheets) and coordinating via email and phone calls.

If you excel at helping managing moving parts via documentation and processing the correct city permit applications. submittals, RFI, and software input to track projects, Reviewing technical drawings, building permit process, and ensuring projects stay on time coordinating with senior project manager, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
Blueprint & Spec Analysis: Expertly interpret , structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and specifications. We work mostly on Mechnical HVAC drawings and Commercial Kitchen Hood drawings

Planning & Scheduling: Develop establish project milestones, and sequence activities to meet deadlines.

Budgeting and Input: Manage project budgets, track daily/weekly expenses and track receipts, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.

Bidding & Procurement: help Oversee the bidding process, analyze subcontractor quotes

Blueprint & Spec Analysis: Expertly interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and specifications.

Compliance: Maintain an understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes to ensure full project compliance. (WE CAN TEACH and You Can LEARN THE OUR CITY CODE REQUIREMENTS)

Technical Knowledge: Apply deep knowledge of construction methods, sequences, and material best practices to optimize project workflows.
