Binners provides demolition and construction support services across the Greater Toronto Area.
Reliability is our brand, and operational execution is at the core of delivering on that promise every single day.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager / Coordinator to help bridge the gap between Sales and Operations.

This role is focused on turning sold jobs into fully prepared execution packages so our field teams can arrive on site with a clear understanding of exactly what needs to be done.

If you enjoy organizing complex information, reviewing drawings, thinking ahead operationally, and helping teams execute efficiently, we want you on our team.

About the Role

As a Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing project information provided by Sales and preparing detailed operational packages for field teams.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and site teams to ensure projects are clearly scoped, visually organized, and properly prepared before crews arrive on site.

This role is not just administrative. We are looking for someone who can think operationally, identify missing information, anticipate site challenges, and help prevent confusion or unpaid extra work in the field.

This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working Toronto business hours.

Responsibilities

-- Mark up drawings and plans to visually show demolition areas, protection areas, sequencing, exclusions, and site notes
-- Prepare complete project execution packages for Operations and field crews
-- Identify possible change order items, unclear scope, or potential operational issues before work begins
-- Coordinate with Sales to clarify scope gaps or missing information
-- Assist with confirming project scope and expectations with clients before crews arrive on site
-- Create equipment, tool, PPE, and access requirement lists for projects
-- Identify site risks, constraints, or operational concerns that crews should be aware of
-- Organize project information in a clear and easy-to-follow format for the field team
-- Ensure operations teams are properly prepared before mobilizing to site
-- Help reduce site confusion, missed scope, delays, and unpaid extra work
-- Coordinate with Operations regarding scheduling or execution requirements when needed

Requirements

-- Experience in construction project coordination, estimating support, architectural drafting, or operations support
-- Ability to read and interpret architectural or construction drawings
-- Strong organizational and planning skills
-- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-- Strong attention to detail and ability to think ahead operationally
-- Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or scope gaps
-- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
-- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
-- Comfortable using PDF markup tools, project management systems, and cloud-based software
-- Stable internet connection, reliable computer, and quiet workspace
-- Willing to work Toronto timezone hours

Nice to Have

-- Experience with demolition, construction, renovations, or fit-out projects
-- Experience with Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, or drawing markup software
-- Experience creating scope breakdowns or takeoffs
-- Experience supporting field operations or construction crews
-- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, ---------- , Asana, or Procore
-- Experience working with Canadian construction companies or operations
-- Understanding of change orders, site constraints, and construction workflows

What Success Looks Like

-- Crews arrive on site fully prepared
-- Reduced confusion and fewer scope disputes in the field
-- Better communication between Sales and Operations
-- Improved operational efficiency and execution quality
-- Reduced unpaid extra work and missed scope items
-- Clear, organized, and professional project packages for every job
