As we expand our presence in California & Minnesota and beyond, we're seeking a Remote Construction Project Manager to drive project execution, collaborate across teams, and deliver exceptional results — all while upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Construction Project Manager to join our team remotely and lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for project planning, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with field teams and senior leadership, you’ll help ensure Structura Builders delivers on its promise of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects remotely, from preconstruction through final punch and closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate and communicate with project superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Review and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements
• Support safety initiatives by collaborating with field superintendents to enforce compliance with OSHA and Structura’s safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve challenges and maintain project ---------- ntum
• Prepare and review project reports, including financial tracking, budget updates, and work-in-place verification
• Manage project information and communication using Procore, Autodesk Project Management, ---------- , Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Sage Intacct
• Ensure all work complies with ICC Building Codes, including California and Minnesota-specific requirements
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with all project stakeholders

? What You’ll Bring
• Minimum 7 years of experience working for a U.S.-based company in a project management role for commercial and mixed-use construction
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects from ground-up through closeout
• In-depth knowledge of Procore, Autodesk Project Management, ---------- , and other project management platforms
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes, project sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Familiarity with ICC Building Codes, with specific knowledge of California and Minnesota standards
• Strong financial acumen, with experience tracking project costs and progress against budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• Ability to read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and project specifications
