Position: Construction Manager

Requirements:
Licensed Professional Engineer
Expertise in reading blueprints

Strong communication skills for client interactions
Knowledge of permit acquisition processes

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
Create, review, and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Manage and coordinate all subcontractors on site
Communicate directly with clients and contractors regarding project updates and concerns.

You will have to manage all logistics and dispatch for the contractors.
Handle permit applications and ensure regulatory compliance
Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements
