# Construction Operations / Project Coordinator – Low Voltage Systems (Remote)

We are a growing low voltage contractor based in South Florida specializing in:

* Structured cabling
* Access control
* CCTV systems
* Network infrastructure
* WiFi systems
* Commercial and construction projects

We are looking for a highly organized remote Construction Operations / Project Coordinator to help support larger commercial and construction projects.

This is NOT a software project management position. Experience supporting construction, electrical, low voltage, telecom, or infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.

## Responsibilities

* Organize project documentation and folders
* Track procurement and material orders
* Maintain RFI and submittal logs
* Assist with scheduling and coordination
* Track drawing revisions and project updates
* Help manage project timelines and task lists
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
* Support project managers and field teams
* Maintain organized records for invoices, proposals, permits, and change orders
* Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items
* Help improve internal project management processes

## Requirements

* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience with construction project coordination preferred
* Experience with low voltage, electrical, telecom, or commercial construction is a plus
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Good understanding of Excel, Microsoft Office, and cloud file systems
* Experience with project management platforms such as ---------- , ClickUp, Asana, Procore, or similar is preferred
* Ability to read construction drawings is a plus
* Strong attention to detail
* Fluent English communication

## Nice to Have

* PMP, CAPM, or construction/project management certifications
* Experience with procurement tracking
* Experience supporting US-based construction projects
* Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
