Construction Estimator

Estimator required for Commercial Landscape Construction business. Must have min 2 years previous experience. Must be able to understand Scope Of Works, measure all plans using OnScreen Takeoff or similar. Understand all m2, m3 & Lm. Provide a BOQ that then matches measure plans. Have full understanding of Reduce Levels, RL's, to be able to work out depth of podiums. Provide materials list for pricing by suppliers. Must be fluent in English, excellent excel skills.
