Our Subdivisions team is a key area of growth, and we are looking for a talented Development Manager to join our team remotely.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager based in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end subdivision projects remotely. The successful candidate will manage the entire process from receiving Development Approval (DA) to delivering registered and serviced land parcels in Brisbane, Australia. This role involves coordinating with approved trades, monitoring progress through site cameras, and adhering to detailed SOPs for every stage of the subdivision and build process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential subdivision projects (1 into 2 up to 1 into 4 lots) from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory DA requirements and company standards.
Develop and manage project plans and schedules, including key milestones for each phase of the project.
Coordinate with approved trades and consultants to execute the project efficiently while working remotely.
Utilize site cameras to monitor progress and conduct virtual site assessments to identify challenges and opportunities for subdivision.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities in Brisbane, Australia.
Oversee demolition, construction, and infrastructure installation activities remotely, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, on project progress and any issues or risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing residential or small commercial subdivision projects, preferably with knowledge of the Brisbane area.
Strong understanding of local planning regulations and development processes in Australia.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders remotely.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus but not mandatory.

Additional Information:

This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be based in the Philippines.
This role reports to the Head of Development in Brisbane, Australia.
Flexible employment options are available, including permanent, fixed-term contract, or project-based, depending on the candidate's preference.
