one of these problems - and if we can do it, it could have an infinite impact on people’s lives

Responsibilities:
? Pull and organize data and audit data for review by regulatory bodies, both in SQL and Google
Sheets/Excel.
? Write modules in retool (using SQL, Javascript) to allow others to pull data
? Sample various areas for compliance testing internally
? Organize and monitor licensing efforts
? Assist in monitoring and testing company processes to ensure compliance with company policies,
procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
? Document review, data analysis, and/or evidence production for the Compliance Department.
? Research testing findings and root cause issues and develop/propose solutions for practices out of
compliance.
? Take ownership over and provide recommendations for improvement of Compliance Management
System processes.
? Prepare and maintain reports for management
? Any other Compliance-related tasks necessary to ensure the growth of the Compliance
Management System

Qualifications:
? 1-2 years experience in Compliance monitoring and testing
? At least 1 year of experience in business and lending licensing
? Experience in a technology-first environment
? Well-versed in data and SQL
? Can do data quality control on work output
? Can write Python scripts if necessary
? Experience with a task management system
? Strong orientation to deadlines and detail
? Organization and Time Management skills are a must
? Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work US Eastern Time 9 AM - 6 PM
? Must live in the Philippines
