HIRING: Full-Time Compass Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA)
Full-Time | Long-Term Role | US Real Estate Client

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Compass Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) to support a high-performing real estate team in the US.

This is a full-time, long-term position (not freelance or project-based). You will work directly with real estate agents and become a key part of their daily operations — helping manage leads, maintain their CRM, support client relationships, and keep their business growth moving.

About the Role

You will be responsible for keeping the real estate business organized, improving lead management, maintaining client relationships, and supporting daily marketing efforts.

You should be someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and confidently manage workflows without needing constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM daily:
• Update client records
• Clean and organize pipelines
• Ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up

• Handle lead management and outreach:
• Conduct pre-qualification follow-ups
• Manage prospecting workflows
• Support appointment-setting activities
• Work through database leads and identify opportunities

• Create and manage buyer property searches through RealScout:
• Set up alerts
• Update searches based on client needs

• Support real estate marketing activities:
• Manage social media posts across platforms
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, blogs)
• Help maintain the agent’s online presence

• Assist with:
• Inbox organization
• Client communication
• Open house follow-ups
• Database engagement
• Relationship-building campaigns

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 3+ years hands-on experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM
• Experience supporting US real estate agents or teams
• Comfortable making calls and communicating with leads/clients
• Strong understanding of real estate lead generation workflows
• Experience with database management and CRM organization
• Strong written communication skills for emails, blogs, and social media
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (US Time Zone overlap required)
