Community manager

We are creating Thriveformation — an online personal development community helping ambitious people become masters of their lives (mindset, productivity, health, finance, relationships).

Role:
-Moderate daily discussions in multiple channels in both telegram and ---------- platforms and actively participate to create engagement.
-Moderate chat in live sessions.
-Maintain all community features such as gamification, contests, positive culture, accountability checks… while ensuring a good digital space for all members to grow.
-Other similar roles.

You Must Be:
-Obsessed with personal growth and self-improvement.
-Excellent communicator / people skills required.
-Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
-Able to collaborate well with the team and communicate on a near-daily basis.

Conditions
Workload: Variable, from 7 to 35 hours /week as the community starts and grows.
Pay: $4-6 /h depending on expertise and results (starts with 1-month paid trial)
Be a freelancer able to sign an NDA.
Note: Incorporation will NOT be immediate, please keep in mind the community is in building phase.
