Excel Blades, a leading brand in precision cutting tools, is looking for a Community Manager to oversee social media outreach, influencer partnerships, and affiliate management. This role is perfect for a proactive, engagement-driven individual with a passion for the arts, crafts, and hobby communities.
Responsibilities:
-Social Media Engagement: Actively interact with our community across platforms (Instagram,
-Influencer & Affiliate Management: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates. Track performance metrics and build long-term collaborations.
-Community & Audience Insights: Monitor audience sentiment and engagement trends to inform content strategy and brand messaging.
-Content Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to plan influencer-driven content that aligns with Excel Blades’ brand voice and goals.
-Proactive Digital Engagement: Engage with users on forums, online communities, and other digital platforms where professionals and enthusiasts gather.
-B2B & B2C Focus Community Building: Manage community engagement and outreach strategies for both business and consumer markets.
-Engage with artists, crafters, hobbyists, and makers to foster strong consumer brand loyalty.
-Develop relationships with blades & knives wholesalers, distributors, and relevant businesses to strengthen Excel Blades’ presence in the industry.
-Build a network within industry-specific forums, LinkedIn groups, and trade communities.
-Brand Alignment: Ensure all community interactions and partnerships align with Excel Blades’ brand pillars in the arts, crafts, hobby, and tools industries.
-Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze community engagement KPIs, influencer performance, and affiliate conversions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or influencer/affiliate marketing.
-Strong skills in identifying audience sentiment and adapting engagement strategies accordingly.
-Deep understanding of arts, crafts, and industrial communities and how to connect with them authentically.
-Experience in B2B & D2C community building, particularly within the blades, knives, or precision tools industry is a plus.
-Proactive mindset in engaging across all social media platforms, forums, and digital communities.
-Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and measure engagement success.
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer outreach tools is a plus.
