Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
Time Tracker Required: Yes
Regular Virtual Meetings During Shift

About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager who can actively manage and grow our online communities across Skool, Facebook Groups, and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for engaging members, creating meaningful conversations, posting daily content, and ensuring our community stays active, professional, and aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and moderate our Skool community, Facebook Group, and LinkedIn page daily.
- Post engaging daily updates, discussion prompts, polls, or announcements.
- Respond to member questions and comments to maintain a lively and helpful environment.
- Welcome new members, introduce them to the group, and encourage participation.
- Ensure all content follows community guidelines and maintain a positive tone across all platforms.
- Track engagement metrics and share weekly reports or insights with management.
- Assist in creating or repurposing short-form content (posts, captions, event updates).
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing announcements, events, and relevant promotions.
- Attend regular virtual meetings and contribute ideas for improving community growth and engagement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing online communities (Facebook Groups, Skool, or LinkedIn).
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection, working microphone, and camera for virtual meetings.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Docs, Hubstaff, or similar.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in engaging members.
- Performance Expectations
- Minimum of one daily post per platform (Skool, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Consistent engagement and responses during your scheduled hours.
- Maintain a professional tone and build meaningful relationships within the community.

Provide regular updates on community performance and member sentiment.
Actively grow the community by inviting new members, promoting engagement, and improving retention.
