???? COMMUNITY MANAGER ????
Own the quality, tone, and follow-through of a high-trust professional community.
This role exists to protect and elevate how people experience an established education business and its community, not to post content or “manage social media”.
If you’re looking for something casual, part-time, or low-responsibility, this won’t suit you.
If you’re looking for a full-time role where you’re trusted, relied on, and genuinely motivated to do the work well, read on.
???? WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO ????
This is the job.
• Own community communication end to end — from first message to thoughtful resolution
• Be the daily point of presence inside a paid professional community
• Make clear decisions in situations that require judgement, care, and tone
• Turn questions, comments, and events into ongoing conversation and engagement
• Manage inbound communication across community, support
• Escalate only what truly needs senior judgement — and handle the rest properly
• Raise the standard for how communication feels: calm, thoughtful, consistent
This role is about doing things well, not speed alone.
???? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ????
Experience matters. Judgement matters more.
• Experience in community, client-facing, communications, or similar roles — or equivalent real-world responsibility
• Proven ability to handle communication independently, not just pass it along
• Strong instincts around tone, boundaries, and when to step in or step back
• Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for outcomes
• Clear, confident written communicator — you don’t need scripts to think well
• Positive, steady attitude toward day-to-day work and responsibility
Care, reliability, and judgement are valued ahead of credentials.
???? WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT ????
Let’s be explicit.
• Not a content creation or posting role
• Not junior, task-only, or approval-heavy work
• Not a stepping-stone or “in-between” job
• Not something you can do half-present or alongside multiple other roles
This role needs attention, consistency, and genuine motivation.
???? HOW YOU’LL BE MEASURED ????
Within the first 3–6 months, you will have:
• Built trust through consistent, thoughtful communication
• Ensured important conversations don’t stall or disappear
• Improved the overall feel and responsiveness of the community
• Reduced the need for senior involvement in day-to-day communication
Over time, you’ll be known as someone who raises the bar simply by being there.
???? WHY THIS IS WORTH YOUR TIME ????
This is the value exchange.
• You’ll work on problems that matter: trust, experience, and community quality
• You’ll have real autonomy and be trusted to use judgement
• You’ll work with an established business with a large YouTube audience, a popular podcast, and a respected paid community
• You’ll develop strong instincts around communication, community, and brand experience
• You’ll grow through responsibility and exposure — not busywork
This is a role people stay in because it feels meaningful and solid.
???? REMUNERATION & COMMITMENT ???? ????
This is a full-time role paid at $900 per month.
The rate is fixed at this stage and reflects:
• The scope and responsibility of the role
• The expectation of consistency, care, and follow-through
• The opportunity to work with an established education business and its community
Please apply only if this level works for you.
There is no negotiation during the application process.
???? HOW TO APPLY ???? ????
To apply, please submit the following:
1. A short note (200–300 words)
In plain language, explain:
• Why this role appeals to you specifically (not just why you’re looking for work)
• What kind of role you’re genuinely hoping to commit to next
• What about this role feels like a good fit for how you like to work
This helps us understand your motivation and intent.
2. A real example (the important part)
Describe one real situation where you were responsible for communication, follow-through, or handling something that mattered.
Please include:
• The situation (briefly)
• What you noticed that others might have missed
• What you did
• Why it mattered
Don’t try to impress — just be real.
???? FINAL NOTE ????
This role suits someone who wants to commit, take pride in their work, and be genuinely responsible for how things feel and function.
If that’s you, you’ll likely enjoy this role — and do very well in it.
