The Community Manager is the heartbeat of our student ecosystem. This role owns the day-to-day health, engagement, and retention of all communities across The Luxe Life Academy, ensuring students feel supported, accountable, and guided at every stage of their journey.
This role will be hired from the Philippines and requires exceptional, fluent English communication skills (written and spoken). You must be available to actively monitor and engage in the communities during EST hours.
This is not a passive role. You are front-line support for our students and members and will be expected to uphold the high standard of coaching, care, and responsiveness that our brand is known for. We aim to be best-in-class in the coaching industry for the experience we provide, and this role plays a critical part in delivering that promise.
Front-line support means confidently responding to student questions in real time, redirecting questions to the correct resources or coaches, holding boundaries when questions fall outside scope, and helping students move forward with clarity rather than confusion.
You will be responsible for managing all community platforms, coordinating with coaches, troubleshooting common questions, and proactively driving engagement and retention. This role requires strong accountability coaching instincts, deep familiarity with our programs and internal systems, and the ability to take initiative without constant oversight.
