Event Planning & Coordination (~45%)

Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events, primarily exhibitor events at airshows and conferences, but also webinars and sponsored meetups.

Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor communication, merchandise inventory planning, and team travel logistics and communication.
