Terra Garden Solutions is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual spanish speaking professional to join our Commercial Operations team as a Commercial Scheduler Assistant.

This position works directly with our Commercial Operations Manager to coordinate route planning, dispatching, scheduling adjustments, and communication with field technicians. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and is comfortable using technology to keep operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily commercial route planning and scheduling.
* Monitor dispatch boards throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as needed.
* Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and management to maintain efficient service routes.
* Communicate schedule changes, customer requests, and operational updates to field crews.
* Track route progress and technician productivity.
* Help prioritize urgent service requests and schedule modifications.
* Maintain accurate scheduling records within company software systems.
* Support operational reporting and administrative tasks related to scheduling and dispatching.
* Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency and workflow processes.

Requirements

* Fluent Spanish and English (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
* Experience using CRMs, scheduling software, GPS tracking systems, or route management tools.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated work environment.
