JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our real estate, as well as assisting with database management for our commercial real estate clients. You may also be trained to find deals for residential wholesaling at a later date.

Your role for commercial real estate will include pulling data from Costar (commercial real estate software), cross referencing that data with Zoominfo fill in names, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Finders bonus fees will be applied to any lead that is found and turns into a deal. We will only be hiring someone who can make calls and send out the templated emails we have set up. This position has high earning potential but the leasing and sales in this space take time.





Position Details:
The position will start at 30 hours a week
Work hours will be 9 am to 3 pm PST or during business hours in California close to the hours listed





Compensation:
1) Hourly rate will be discussed in an interview
2) Bonuses will be paid out on any deal that is closed generated by your calling or emailing.
3) We had a previous VA working on these items - if a lead is closed that has come from her work, you will be compensated for it.
4) Compensation will be weekly - Paid out on the following Monday after the weeks work.

If you ARE speaking to the owner - I am calling to see if you have any interest in possible sale or lease. We have buyers and tenants looking for industrial property in the area.

If NO to the above - Ok, what the best email to reach you at? We would like to send you market info so you can stay up to date.

If YES to the above - I am going to have Brody reach out to you, what is the best number and email for you?

If you are NOT speaking to the owner - Could I speak with the owner or could I have the best phone number and email for the owner.

If they ask why - I am calling because we have buyers and tenants looking for property in the are.

If they ask you about other properties - We are very active in (city) and I am going to have Brody reach out to you about specific deals we have done.


Responsibilities:


- Pull Data from Costar - I can teach you how to do this as I don't expect many have experience with this.

- Search company data and upload it to Zoominfo and pull viable contact info

- Pull data from Costar and Zoomindo and upload it to CRM ( CRM currently in use is Monday.com )

-Cold coaling owners and tenants

-Emailing emails gathered from Zoominfo, Costar, and speaking to those you call with template emails from my email.



Pluses if you have:

Experience with using zoominfo

Experience cold calling leads

Experience emailing leads

Experience filling in and organizing a Real Estate database

Experience with Monday.com



Requirements:

- Cold calling experience and or good verbal skills

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with property owners, and real estate professionals effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a reliable team player.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

- Proficient in using technology and software for data collection, analysis, and communication.

- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outreach to potential clients.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
