Commercial Insurance Sales Assistant

We're calling on commercial trucking companies Finding companies to offer insurance quotes. Once we get a YES, we need to gather several pieces of information from the prospect. This will include emailing the prospect, requesting the information we need. We need to take that information the prospect sends and organize it into a file. Will be putting data onto Excell files. creating equipment lists and driver's lists. Will need to fill out specific applications with the information provided by prospect. Another part of information gathering from the prospect is collecting loss history from the prospect's prior insurance companies. There is a process that i will teach. Candidate needs to be very organized
