Cold sms expert

We are looking for an experienced Cold SMS Expert to help us build and scale outbound SMS campaigns in Australia, Sweden, and the United States. This is for a CRM

This is not a beginner role.

You must already have experience setting up cold SMS infrastructure, understanding compliance requirements, managing deliverability, and keeping costs low while maintaining performance.

We're looking for someone who wants a long term partnership and is responsive, reliable, and easy to work with.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Setting up cold SMS systems for Australia, Sweden, and the USA
• Advising on compliance and best practices for each market
• Sourcing phone numbers and infrastructure
• Improving deliverability and reply rates
• Reducing costs while maintaining performance
• Helping create scalable systems for ongoing campaigns
• Troubleshooting carrier and deliverability issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience with cold SMS campaigns
• Experience in Australia, Sweden, and/or USA markets
• Strong understanding of SMS compliance and regulations
• Knowledge of deliverability, carrier filtering, and sender reputation
• Ability to recommend the best tools and platforms
• Strong English communication skills
• Fast response times
• Available for ongoing work

Bonus Points:

• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Sinch, or similar platforms
• Experience with AI automations and CRM integrations
• Experience generating qualified appointments through SMS
