Cold calling Representative

We are hiring intake specialists for the US mortgage refinancing market. Your main job is to act as a strict gatekeeper. You will protect our senior specialists' time by filtering out unqualified leads, while making our services sound highly valuable to the homeowners who do qualify.
What You Will Do
Control the Call: Lead the conversation to quickly get key financial details.
Filter Leads: Drop unfeasible leads early in the process.
Build Value: Make the homeowner feel that talking to our senior team is a premium opportunity.
Transfer: Smoothly pass qualified leads over to a senior specialist.
Requirements:
Equipment: Laptop , headset and a stable internet connection.
Language: English communication skills.
Strict Availability: Do not apply if you are not 100% available during this shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 01:00 AM to 07:00 AM (PHT).
Salary: $550 + Performance bonuses.
