About the Role
We're hiring a Cold Outreach Setter for ---------- ntum Labs, an AI consulting agency. Your job is to run cold calls and manage email outreach to book qualified discovery meetings for our closer. We provide everything — the leads, the scripts, the email templates, and the tools. Your focus is pure execution
This is a contract position at $600/month, working US business hours.


What You'll Do:
Work a curated list of B2B marketing agency leads loaded into our outreach platform
Run cold calls and follow-up calls using a built-in dialer
Monitor and respond to email sequence replies
Coordinate call and email outreach so follow-ups reflect prior contact history
Follow provided call scripts and email templates — no copywriting required
Log all activity: call notes, dispositions, lead status updates
Book qualified meetings directly on our closer's calendar via a scheduling link

What You Won't Do:
Write or edit outreach copy or email sequences
Make strategic decisions about lead targeting
Work unsupervised with no check-in or QA process

Must-Have Requirements:
Proven B2B cold calling and email outreach experience — outbound, not inbound or call center
Comfortable following provided scripts and templates without freelancing
Reliable internet and a quiet calling environment
Native or near-native English speaking ability
Available during US business hours (ET preferred)
Track record of booking meetings, not just hitting dial counts
Can clearly explain what a discovery call is and how qualification works

Do Not Apply If:
Your experience is inbound only (call center, customer support, etc.)
You want to build your own system instead of following a provided one
You can't explain basic B2B sales concepts like discovery, qualification, or objection handling
You have unreliable availability or can't commit to US business hours
