Cold Outreach Specialist (Remote)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for generating conversations and opportunities through outbound outreach across multiple platforms, including:

* Email
* Instagram
* TikTok
* X (Twitter)
* LinkedIn
* Other platforms as opportunities arise

Your day will include:

* Researching and finding ideal prospects
* Writing personalized outreach messages in fluent English
* Following up consistently
* Testing new messaging angles
* Finding creative ways to increase reply rates
* Helping improve outreach systems over time

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just follow a playbook—they help build a better one.

Requirements

* Excellent written English (this is non-negotiable)
* Experience with cold outreach
* Comfortable using email, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social platforms
* Chronically online—you naturally understand internet culture, trends, and how people communicate online
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working independently
* Resourceful and able to solve problems without constant supervision

Bonus Points

* Startup experience
* Experience working in a marketing agency
* Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools
* Experience with lead generation, scraping, or prospecting
* Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other productivity software
