JOB OVERVIEW

Compensation: $600 to $1,000 USD per month based on what you can prove.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Some overlap with Morocco, Dubai, and EU business hours required (Manila 3 PM to 11 PM works for us; flexible within that range).

READ THIS FIRST

This is not an entry-level role. We are not looking for someone who watched a "cold email in 2026" YouTube playlist and sent 200 emails from their Gmail. We are looking for someone who has built sending infrastructure from zero, run real campaigns at volume, kept domains healthy, and booked real meetings for a real business. If that's not you yet, this isn't your post.

If your experience is "I wrote cold email copy for a client once" or "I managed a VA team that did outreach", stop reading. The tests will expose it in an hour.

ABOUT RMD

RMD is a digital marketing agency. Our team is distributed across Morocco and Dubai and works remote. Our primary client base is in Dubai and the GCC, with growing work across the EU and North Africa. We run SEO, paid ads, branding, and web development for service businesses, e-commerce stores, and B2B companies in 20+ countries.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

You own our outbound email machine end to end. Not just the copy. Not just the sending tool. The whole stack:

1. Infrastructure: secondary domains, mailboxes, DNS, warmup, sending health
2. Data: sourcing lead lists, cleaning them, verifying them, segmenting them
3. Copy: short plain-text sequences that get replies, not opens
4. Operations: campaign builds, launch checklists, inbox management, meeting booking, weekly reporting

We already run a multi-domain, multi-mailbox sending setup on Instantly with a live campaign program into the GCC. You will take it over, keep it healthy, and scale it: first for RMD's own client acquisition, then for client campaigns as we grow the service.

If you only want to write copy and hand the "technical stuff" to someone else, this role isn't a fit. The technical stuff IS the role. Copy that never lands in the inbox is decoration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set up and maintain sending infrastructure: buy secondary domains, configure SPF / DKIM / DMARC, create mailboxes, set custom tracking domains, run warmup, monitor health scores
- Source lead lists by niche, title, and country (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator + scraper, LeadRocks, or equivalent), with GCC and EU targeting
- Clean and verify every list before upload: strip free email domains, dedupe, verify (Reoon, MillionVerifier, or equivalent), enrich missing fields, make the catch-all keep-or-cut call
- Write 3-step plain-text sequences (opener, bump, breakup) with personalization variables that actually render, and iterate them on reply-rate data
- Build and launch campaigns in Instantly: schedules in the prospect's timezone and work week (much of the GCC runs Sunday to Thursday, the UAE runs Monday to Friday), stop-on-reply, text-only, daily caps per mailbox, domain-clustering caps per recipient company
- Diagnose deliverability problems before they kill a domain: bounce spikes, spam placement, blacklists, when to pause vs rotate vs retire a mailbox
- Manage the reply inbox daily: triage, answer objections, push for the meeting, book it on the calendar, hand the warm lead to the CEO with context
- Report weekly with the numbers that matter: delivered, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked per 1,000 sends, infra health
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) as part of the daily workflow. AI is openly used in the agency, not as a shortcut to skip thinking
- Communicate with the team in writing daily (email, ClickUp). Updates short, blockers raised early

REQUIRED (WE WILL VERIFY ALL OF THIS)

- 2+ years running cold email campaigns end to end. Sourcing to inbox to booked meeting. Not "I wrote sequences". Ran the machine.
- 2 campaigns from the last 12 months you can walk through with numbers: niche, list size, total sends, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings or sales calls booked. With platform screenshots (redact client names if NDA). We will dig into these on the test and the call.
- You have built sending infrastructure from zero, yourself. Domains bought, DNS records configured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailboxes created on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, warmup run, custom tracking domain set. Be ready to explain each DNS record's job in plain words.
- Instantly in production. Smartlead or lemlist accepted if you can map over fast, but you should know your way around a sending platform's campaign builder, schedules, account health, and code/variable view without a tutorial.
- One deliverability save you can tell start to finish. A domain or mailbox that started burning (bounces, spam folder, health drop), what you checked, what the root cause was, what fixed it, and what the numbers did after. "I just slowed the sending" is not a save story.
- List building in production. You have pulled targeted B2B lists by title + industry + country from Apollo, Sales Navigator + a scraper, LeadRocks, or equivalent, and you know why a narrow GCC query returns 9 results while the same query in the US returns 9,000.
- Email verification workflow. You verify every list before upload, you know the difference between valid, invalid, catch-all, and unknown, and you can defend when a catch-all is worth the bounce risk.
- Copy that gets replies. Short, plain text, one idea per email, specific CTA, follow-ups that bump instead of re-pitching. You can name your benchmark reply rate by market and what you change first when a campaign comes in under it.
- Reply handling to booked meetings. You have personally worked an outbound inbox: objections, "send me more info", ghosting, and you have booked meetings from it. Outbound that ends at "positive reply" is half a job.
- Cold email canon. You have studied at least 2 of: Nick Saraev, Alex Hormozi ($100M Leads, the outreach chapters), Eric Nowoslawski, Daniel Fazio, Jay Feldman. Name a principle from one of them and point to a campaign above where you used it.
- English fluency at C1 or higher. Your emails read like a human wrote them, not a template engine.
- Stable internet, quiet workspace, 40 hours per week available.

If we struggle to find the profile at this exact bar, we may relax the experience minimum case-by-case. We will not relax the campaign-numbers + infrastructure + deliverability evidence floor.

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)

- Clay (enrichment workflows, waterfall verification)
- Google Postmaster Tools and inbox placement testing in production
- B2B experience in GCC, EU, or US markets specifically
- French (we have France and North Africa clients)
- Light automation (Zapier, Make) for lead routing and reporting
- LinkedIn outreach experience alongside email (multichannel sequencing)

WHO WE HIRE

- People who ship the work and don't disappear
- People who want a long-term role, not a gig
- People who can take direction in writing, push back when they think we're wrong, and own a deliverable end to end
- People who can show their work, not just describe it

WHAT WE OFFER

- $600 to $1,000 USD per month based on what you can prove. Top of band reserved for candidates who hit every "Required" item with evidence.
- Direct work with the CEO and a small team. Your campaigns ship for real in week one
- Real growth, not lip service. This is a role you grow OUT of, not stagnate in. The path here is cold email specialist, then outbound lead, then head of a productized outbound service we sell to clients. If you stay 18 months, you should not be doing the same work you started with.
- You get to do more, fast. As you prove yourself, you take on more: client campaigns, strategy calls, multichannel outbound, junior briefing. We don't ration responsibility.
- We reward progress and skill expansion. Learn a new tool, ship a harder deliverable, hit a result the team didn't expect. When that happens, we adjust your pay and scope to match. A-players see significant raises (80%+) within the first year. We measure progress, not seat-time.
- Performance bonus structure discussed after the first month
- Async-first culture. If you do the work, you'll be left to do it

Who this is NOT for: people who want to stay at their current level and improve slowly. We're hiring people who want to move forward. If "comfortable plateau" is your goal, this isn't the seat.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your application to ---------- with the subject:

"Cold Email Specialist PH, [Your Full Name]"

In your email, include:

1. A 2-paragraph intro: who you are and why this role fits.
2. 2 campaigns you ran in the last 12 months. For each: niche | list size | total sends | reply rate | positive reply rate | meetings booked. Attach platform screenshots (redact client names if needed).
3. Your infrastructure proof. One setup you built from zero: how many domains and mailboxes, which DNS records you configured, which warmup tool, how long before full sending volume. A screenshot of account health helps.
4. Your deliverability save story in 5-8 sentences: what broke, what you diagnosed, what fixed it, what the numbers did after.
5. Cold email canon answer. Of Saraev / Hormozi / Nowoslawski / Fazio / Feldman: who shaped your approach the most? In 3-5 sentences: which principle of theirs you actually use, and point to a campaign above where you used it.
6. Reading-proof. Start your email body with the line: RMD RMD. (Yes, exactly those two words on the first line. This is how we know you actually read the post.)
7. Your salary expectation in USD per month.
8. When you can start full-time.

We read every application that follows the format above. Applications missing the campaign numbers, infrastructure proof, save story, canon answer, or the RMD RMD first line will not be reviewed. We are filtering hard on purpose.

If we want to move you to the screening stage, we reply within 5 business days. If you don't hear from us in that window, your application wasn't a fit this round. We're a small team without a dedicated recruiter, so please don't chase. We respect your time enough to be honest about that.
