Cold Email Operations Specialist

You'll own our cold email lead generation engine—building, managing, and scaling a system that books 25+ qualified sales appointments per week for our CEO.This is a core role, not a project. If you're exceptional, you'll grow into a Lead Generation Manager as we scale.

What You'll Actually Do
Weeks 1–2: Build the Machine

Convert sending domains in Google Workspace
Create 5–6 email inboxes across multiple domains
Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Connect inboxes to Instantly.ai and start warmup
Build email sequences (copy provided)
Set up Clay ? Instantly.ai automation
Document everything with SOPs

Weeks 3+: Run the Machine

Build 2 prospect batches/week (150 contacts each) via Clay + Apollo
Load contacts into Instantly.ai campaigns
Check Unibox 5x daily (9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm ET)
Route qualified leads to CEO via Slack
Monitor deliverability (40%+ opens, 5–8% replies,
