We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to create conversations that lead to appointments, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission

As the first voice our potential customers hear, you’ll play a critical role in generating opportunities for our sales team. Your job is to confidently engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments that help drive company growth.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls using ReadyMode and company-provided lead lists
Follow proven scripts and objection-handling processes with confidence and professionalism
Qualify homeowners and schedule appointments for our U.S.-based sales team
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our CRM systems (JobProgress, Boomerang, etc.)
Follow up with warm leads and nurture opportunities
Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, contacts, and appointments
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
Experience using ReadyMode (formerly XenCALL) is REQUIRED
Fluent, clear, and confident English communication skills
Strong work ethic, organization, and coachability
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet and professional work environment
REQUIRED: Two-monitor workstation setup for multitasking efficiency
Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in roofing, construction, or home services
Familiarity with JobProgress, Leap, or Boomerang CRM systems
Experience handling U.S.-based customer outreach campaigns
