JOB OVERVIEW

This is a serious outbound SALES role, not call center work and not general VA work.
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm hiring full-time cold callers to generate motivated seller leads.

This role is NOT for:

– Call center reps
– Customer service agents
– Part-time callers
– Appointment setters
– Freelancers juggling multiple clients

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

– Full-time outbound cold calling experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
– Confident, persuasive, and professional phone skills
– Experience working with multi-line dialer systems and CRM platforms to track leads, notes, and follow-ups
– Strong work ethic and resilience
– Coachable mindset and long-term commitment

REQUIREMENTS:

– Fluent English (accent OK, must be very clear)
– Quiet professional workspace
– High-quality headset + stable internet
– Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week, EST)

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– High-volume outbound cold calling to property owners
– Follow proven scripts and objection handling
– Qualify motivated sellers
– Enter accurate notes, tags, and follow-ups into CRM
– Send SMS follow-ups to cold or unresponsive leads
