Bilingual Restaurant Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About Us

REP Restaurants helps independent restaurants increase delivery revenue through virtual restaurant brands, online ordering solutions, POS systems, and restaurant technology services.

We work with restaurant operators across the United States and are expanding our outreach to Chinese, Japanese, and Korean restaurant owners.

We are seeking bilingual SDRs who can communicate fluently in both English and their native language to help us introduce restaurant owners to new revenue opportunities.

Mandarin Chinese + English SDR
Korean + English SDR
Japanese + English SDR

Responsibilities
Research restaurants within your assigned cuisine category
Identify restaurant owners and decision makers
Make outbound calls to restaurant owners
Conduct follow-up calls and outreach
Send emails, text messages, and follow-up communications
Explain our virtual restaurant and restaurant technology programs
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
Build and maintain prospect lists
Assist with translation during sales conversations when necessary
Ideal Candidate
Fluent in English and either Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and reliable
Previous sales, appointment setting, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Restaurant industry experience
DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or HungryPanda familiarity
B2B sales experience
Appointment setting experience
CRM experience
Compensation

Compensation may include:
