We are looking for a Cold Calling Quality Assurance Associate to help monitor and support our team of appointment setters. This is a simple but important role where you’ll help ensure quality calls, track performance, and assist with training.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Listening to Calls – Monitor appointment setters' calls to ensure quality and professionalism.
? Giving Simple Feedback – Help callers improve with easy-to-follow suggestions.
? Tracking Performance – Keep a simple spreadsheet of how many calls were made and appointments booked.
? Assisting with Training – Support new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers by answering questions and guiding them.
? Helping with Reports – Create simple reports to share with the team and clients.
? Joining ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings – Occasionally join client onboarding calls or team check-ins.

Who Should Apply?
