Cold Calling Insurance Leads – Appointment Setters & Live Transfers

We are actively hiring 10 agents to join our growing team!

Position Overview:

Cold call insurance leads

Schedule appointments and conduct live transfers

Send email reminders for appointments

Work schedule: 40 hours/week

Compensation:

$2.50/hr base pay during a 30-day probationary period

After 30 days, if tangible results are achieved:

Immediate $1/hr pay increase

Unlimited commission opportunities

Requirements:

Clear communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and self-motivated

Must be able to follow instructions carefully
