Cold Calling Assistant – Real Estate Wholesaling (Salary + Commission)

I'm looking for a Cold Calling Assistant with experience in real estate wholesaling.
The ideal candidate should be confident on the phone and fluent in English, with a general knowledge of wholesaling and real estate. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to property owners, identifying motivated sellers, and setting up appointments for our acquisitions team. You should be comfortable working with scripts while also being able to adapt the conversation based on the seller's responses. Familiarity with terms like ARV (After Repair Value) and comps is important. We offer a salary plus commission, providing a great opportunity to earn based on your results.
