Cold Caller/Appointment Setter for Realtor

First of all if you cannot provide the information this posting asks for that means you cannot follow instruction which means I can't use you.

I am looking for someone to call perspective clients and set appointments for me.
You will be calling people who have property for sale. This means homes. Can be single family, multi family or condos and townhouses.
You must be persuasive and influential. This means your DISC profile must show high I and D scores.

While I am willing to train the right candidate I prefer someone with real estate experience.

What you MUST send, along with any other information you feel is important for me to know about you:

-Whether or not you have relevant real estate experience
-The extent to which you have relevant real estate experience (i.e. I kept track of appointments and prepared custom listing presentations or I called expired and FSBO's in (give the state or area called) in order to (give me the desired result)
-If you have experience working with CRM's and how comfortable you are with them or if you need a particular CRM
-If you have experience with outbound calling systems to the US and if so what system.
-You must let me know explicitly if you can work standard morning Eastern Time Zone hours
-If you have experience working with scripts and how long you need to memorize a basic script of a few sentences and 8 - 12 questions and 2 - 3 pages of rebutals/objections
-If you know your DISC profile you need to send it along or tell me your scores or be open to taking it. You MUST answer this part
-You must advise whether or not you are OK with 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (monday through friday)
-English profieciency is a must. You don't need to be accent free, but an American must be able to understand you without issues. If you speak other languages also please let me know which ones.

You can say no to these questions. You can say you don't have experience. This shows me that you can at least follow instruction. If you fail to answer these important points you will need to have greatly impressed me with the questions/information you did present in order for me to consider you.

Along with the salary there is also a bonus for every appointment set of $5 (may be more, depending on how this works out) and another bonus for every appointment that leads to a signed listing agreement (probably an additional $10).

I expect you to be able to set at least 1 appointment per day. You will have a calender for my schedule. The appointments will not be for same day. I am able to take 2 - 3 appointments per day. Maybe more.

I am looking to hire 3 people on a 2 - 3 week trial basis and keep whoever does the best. If multiple people exceed my expectations I will most likely keep multiple people.
