Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller & Lead Follow-Up Specialist to contact business owners, build rapport, nurture relationships, and move qualified prospects toward scheduled appointments.
This position is not simply about making calls. We need someone who can communicate confidently, follow up consistently, and recognize opportunities that lead to closed business.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls to leads provided by the agency
• Follow up with prospects consistently via calls and messaging
• Introduce businesses to our website development solutions
• Build trust and establish positive relationships with business owners
• Identify pain points and business opportunities
• Schedule appointments for interested prospects
• Maintain organized lead notes and CRM records
• Update lead activity and follow-up stages accurately
• Meet outreach and follow-up targets

Work Requirements
• Reliable computer or laptop
• Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps recommended)
• Quality headset with noise cancellation
• Quiet work environment with minimal background noise
• Must overlap with U.S. Central Time by at least 4–5 working hours
