JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects from provided lists and sourced leads

Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for sales consultations

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM updates

Track calls, outcomes, objections, and lead status accurately

Help build and refine call scripts, follow-up workflows, and appointment-setting processes

Contribute to building a scalable outreach strategy as we grow a team

Collaborate with leadership to improve lead targeting, conversion strategies, and CRM optimization

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting

WFH setup to make calls from online computer access

Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, professional, and persuasive

Comfortable with rejection and confident in overcoming objections

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Experience with CRMs and call tracking tools (GoHighLevel preferred )

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build internal systems and processes for role

Team-player attitude and a passion for continuous improvement

Nice to Have:
Background in B2B sales or service-based industries

Experience helping build or lead a calling team

Familiarity with lead generation tools and automations
