Cold Caller-VA (Commission-Based)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (EST)
Compensation:
Commission Only (10–15%) per closed contract
Performance-based opportunity to transition into base pay + commission as the company grows.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential commercial clients.
Follow the provided calling script and outreach strategy.
Qualify leads and schedule walkthroughs and appointments.
Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional communication on every call.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong English speaking and communication skills
Confident phone presence and persuasive ability
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Prior cold-calling or sales experience is an asset (not required)
Available during required hours (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST)
