We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners, building rapport, gathering property information, and pre-qualifying leads for our acquisitions team. If you have strong communication skills, resilience, and a willingness to learn the real estate business, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts and systems.
Lead Qualification: Ask key questions to understand seller motivation, property condition, and selling timeline.
Seller Relations: Build trust and rapport with homeowners over the phone to create positive conversations.
Data Entry: Accurately log call results, notes, and lead details in our CRM.
Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the acquisitions team with qualified sellers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions team and management to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to improve call techniques, objection handling, and real estate knowledge.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and professional phone voice; ability to build quick rapport with strangers.
Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and motivated to keep making calls.
Motivated Learner: Willingness to learn the real estate industry and apply feedback to improve performance.
Self-Starter: Goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following structured call processes.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Familiarity with real estate, CRMs, or dialer systems.
