Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential insurance leads
Build rapport and identify customer needs
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
Overcome objections professionally
Maintain accurate call notes and CRM updates
Hit KPIs for calls, leads, and appointments

Requirements:
Previous cold calling experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Sales
Excellent spoken English
Strong confidence and communication skills
Comfortable with scripts and rebuttals
Self-motivated and results-driven
Stable internet and quiet home office

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (PST hours)
